ArcGIS GeoAnalytics Server 11.3 includes updates and enhancements.
If you're upgrading to ArcGIS GeoAnalytics Server 11.3, you must reauthorize the software. You can obtain a new license file from My Esri. At 10.9, the ports required by GeoAnalytics Server changed. Ensure that the required ports are open before upgrading.

Date only and time only field support
GeoAnalytics Tools support reading and writing to feature services that have date only and time only fields. This is only supported for feature services that write to the relational data store.
Data sources
New authentication types are supported when registering Microsoft Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2-sourced big data file shares from the contents page. The new authentication types are Shared Access Signature and Microsoft Entra ID, which includes Service Principal and user-assigned managed identity.
